Frequently Asked Questions
What is telehealth therapy?
Telehealth therapy is mental health counseling conducted via secure video call. It allows you to access professional support from the comfort and privacy of your own home, without the need to travel to an office.
Who do you work with?
I work with adults (18+) across Maryland. I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, identity challenges, neurodiversity, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. I am particularly committed to serving LGBTQ+ individuals and neurodivergent people.
Do you accept insurance?
I accept several insurance plans. Please contact me directly or complete the consultation form to verify your specific coverage. Self-pay options are also available.
How long are sessions?
Individual therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes. Session frequency is determined collaboratively based on your needs and goals.
What can I expect in the first session?
The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any questions you have. It is a low-pressure conversation with no expectation to share more than you are comfortable with.
How do I get started?
